MAKE STUDENTS EMPLOYABLE
with hands-on training, factory tours,
& meetings with potential employers

We prepare students for the workforce through hands-on technical training and direct access to employers who explain, in person, the skills their shops and companies need.
Every student has the opportunity to succeed—and their odds improve when training is aligned with real employer demand.
Ultra4Next began with technical training and has expanded to include media training.

"The essential economy is in a world of hurt ... we're short 600,000 factory jobs, almost half a million construction workers, 400,000 auto technicians ... to fix the cars that we drive ... we need to start thinking about industrial independence."
"If everybody does go to college ... then nobody goes to trade school -- there are no plummers, there are no steam fitters, no pipe-fitters, no electricians, no welders ... that would be the collapse of western civilization."
Send us a note on how you'd like to get involved or how you can help.
We're always looking for new factories to tour, shops to visit, and events to create content and get students involved.
We also need donations and equipment for schools, including tools, welders, and vehicles to learn on, and we want to work with as many high schools and motivated students as possible.
